Participants benefit from face-to-face learning with experienced business leaders, direct connections to employers, and personalised 1-to-1 coaching, with parents and guardians encouraged to stay involved throughout the journey.
The programme responds to a pressing national issue: over one million young people in the UK are currently classified as NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).
